How can I order?
In all the pages of the online store and next to each product available for purchase, there is the add button in the shopping cart. Refer to our online store and add to your cart the products you wish to buy.
To continue your shopping, select from the main categories, the one that contains the next item you are looking for and add it to your cart as well. When you have completed the process of adding products, click the "Buy Now" button.


What are the steps to successfully complete an order?
The order of each customer can be completed in 5 steps:
1. Identification (Ability to login, register or continue as a visitor)
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Select shipping method
4. Choice of payment method
5. Confirmation and registration of the order
Upon successful completion of the above steps you will receive the e-mail confirming your order or notifying us by phone. In the event that you do not receive any information, you are responsible for informing us immediately so that we can proceed with the steps to resolve the problem that has arisen from any incorrect entry by you of your contact details, for which our company bears absolutely no responsibility.


How can I become a member?
In order to be able to order it is not necessary to be a member of the online store, but we would advise you to become a member, as the whole process will be much easier in any future use of our online store. Fill in the form with the username and password you stated during your registration and select "LOGIN" in the membership area.
If you are not a member, press the create new account button and fill in an active e-mail account on the new member registration form. The e-mail you will declare must exist because our communication will be done through the e-mail you have stated during your registration
How can I pay for my order?
1. Credit / debit card / Paypal
2. Deposit in a bank account
3. Click Away and pay at the store
4. Pay on delivery

How do you ship products? Is there a charge?
The distribution of our products throughout Greece is carried out by the courier company we work with.
Shipping costs are set at 4 euros for orders up to 100 euros. For orders over 100 euros shipping is free.


I change my mind can I return my order?
For any return of your order you can send us your request in writing by e-mail to or contact us using one of the available communication methods described in detail in the "Contact" section of our website.
You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 working days from the receipt of the original order in order for the return to be accepted.
A necessary condition for the return of products to be accepted is that the products of the returned order are in excellent condition and in sealed packaging.

I found a defect in the product what should I do?
In case a defect is found in the products of the order, you have the right to return it and replace it with our shipping costs. It should be noted that our company is not responsible for defects or poor quality of products available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged.


Is there a refund for an order?
As long as all the conditions of return are met, our company undertakes the responsibility to return to you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way as you made the initial transaction. In case you want another way of return you must inform us in writing.
